14-Day Full Refund Guarantee: Any paid Pro Batch Scanner pass or API tier may be refunded in full within 14 calendar days of purchase if fewer than 25 batch CSV exports have been consumed.

1-Click Cancellation Anytime: Recurring plans can be cancelled at any moment via your billing portal link or by emailing support, immediately stopping all future renewal charges.

Zero Charge for Failed Scans: If an optical scan request fails due to server timeout or unreadable image lighting, zero quota credits are deducted.

Email billing@cardworthscanner.com with your receipt email. All refund requests are processed within 24 business hours (settled to your original card within 3–5 business days).
