1. Ephemeral Card Photo & Centering Loupe Processing
When you upload or snap a photo of a Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or Sports card in the CardWorthScanner workbench, your browser first resizes the image locally via HTML5 Canvas (`≤1024px` WebP) for border centering calibration. When optical collector number extraction (`/api/scan`) is invoked, the compressed frame is processed strictly in-memory to read the printed card name, collector number, and edition markers, and is discarded immediately upon response. We do not build public galleries of your personal collection without explicit opt-in.
2. Information We Collect
You may use our core Pokemon Card Price Checker, PSA 10 Centering Calculator, and Set Price Lists without registering an account. For optional Pro Collector Batch Export or API subscriptions, we collect only your email address and billing settlement tokens processed directly via our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment partner (Stripe / Creem).
3. Third-Party Data Feeds & Outbound Links
CardWorthScanner.com aggregates public market telemetry from TCGdex v2, TCGCSV (TCGplayer USD), and Cardmarket EUR. Clicking outbound verification links to eBay Sold Listings or TCGplayer directs you to external marketplaces governed by their respective privacy policies.
